I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful amenities, including a flat-screen TV and electric kettle that made my stay even more comfortable. One memorable moment was when I misplaced my earring; the staff went above and beyond to help me find it, demonstrating their exceptional service and care. The heating and air conditioning in the room were perfect, ensuring a cozy atmosphere throughout my stay. With a delicious breakfast that showcased both traditional and Western options, I left Shinazawa with a truly satisfying experience that I would wholeheartedly recommend to others.
